Jeri Carney oversees and maintains all business systems for Live Oak Associates, Inc. working out of the corporate office in Oakhurst. She is responsible for all operating business systems; accounting and financial systems; oversees business applications and development; establishing company and HR policies, and maintaining personnel compliance issues. Jeri brings over 30 years of private industry experience, establishing and managing accounting systems, and company policies for land developers, retailers and consultants.

Her expertise and experience include the development and organization of administrative and management structuring and the development of HR department policies for businesses.

Some of Jeri’s personal accomplishments are home-schooling her three children; starting a retail knitting business in Southern California; volunteering time to start-up two crisis centers, and then served as a volunteer counselor; volunteering & rescuing wildlife & raptors for a Central Valley wildlife rehabilitation center.
